Terms & Conditions
Last updated: November 3, 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
Cramify is operated by Jesper Persson ("Cramify", "we", "us"), Sweden. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use Cramify.
You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to use Cramify. If you use Cramify on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. What Cramify is
Cramify is an AI-powered learning tool that turns a topic, prompt or your own study material into an interactive micro-course with slides, section quizzes, a final quiz, flashcards and learning paths. Courses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies — always verify important facts against the cited sources.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Cramify. That includes:
- Using the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or spam-related.
- Uploading material you do not have the right to use, or that infringes others' intellectual property.
- Generating content that is hateful, harassing, or intended to deceive (including deepfakes).
- Attempting to probe, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, scrape it at scale, or circumvent technical limits such as the free course allowance.
- Reselling or redistributing generated courses as your own competing service.
- Sharing your account, or using bots, scripts or automation to generate courses. Cramify Pro offers unlimited courses for personal, human use under a fair-use policy; unusually high volumes may be temporarily paused to protect the service.
You are responsible for your prompts and uploaded material, for how you use generated output, and for verifying its accuracy before relying on it.
4. Your content and ours
You keep the rights to the material you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service to you. Courses you generate are yours to use for personal learning; if you publish a course to the community, other users may view and remix it.
Cramify itself — the software, design, branding and documentation — remains our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.
5. Accounts
Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for providing accurate information.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Cramify offers a free tier and a paid subscription, Cramify Pro (89 SEK/month or 890 SEK/year). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time via the billing portal and keep access until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.
7. Service level
We work hard to keep Cramify available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change over time as the service evolves.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated and serious policy violations. You may delete your account at any time; when access ends, your saved courses and profile data are deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of profits, data or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are handled by Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you other rights.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. The current version is always available on this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
